With the aid of acoustic cleaners the payload of bulk vehicles can be increased during the loading cycle by as much as 10 per cent.

The process is simple but very effective - the acoustic cleaner is sounded at pre-determined intervals and the material in the vehicle is levelled out as it is loading, hence increasing the amount of material carried.
